I’m Just a Girl in the World
Trish Hansen has spent a lifetime being an outcast. She got married at just 18 years old, which made her the only teenager she knew who had tied the knot. She is a woman without the desire for children, which made her one of the only women she knew with such a desire. Trish is an asexual, which didn’t bode well in her marriage and made her part of the 1% of Americans who identify as such.
There are many other ways in which Trish has found herself on the “other side” of the line. But…
That doesn’t mean that she’s scared. Or disappointed in herself. Or any less amazing. In fact, her differences point to her purpose. That’s why Trish Hansen has created the Community of Freaks. She wants to lift everyone up, no matter what makes them different.
